just wanted to let everyone see! the bum ass lift that joe did at the bench meet. and also wanted to clear a few things up.   Al lewis the so called powerlifter that only competes in the local meets!!   said and i quote (I NEVER SAW JOES LIFT) SO I DONT NO WHY EVEYONE IS ATTACKING ME. he is in the video watching his lift hugs him after it and then joe jumps on the bench.   what Al didnt think the video was out there? so watch this video and see six resoans why this lift is no good!!  1 ass of the bench 2 double pump 3 windmill 4 ass of the bench higher 5 never locks out his right or left arm 6 throughs it in the rack and the sadest thing of all all three lights are WHITE FOR THIS LIFT
